TESTIMONIALS

At Cranberry Township Department of Public Works we pride ourselves with providing excellent customer service in all that we do, and our winter maintenance operations rank at the top of our priority list. Training our operators with the latest tools and technology helps keep our operators current and educated; we are always looking for new methods for training. Our operators have an extensive level of experience (most over 10 years) and are familiar with our winter operations protocol, but it can be challenging to find a new source for progressive training ideas.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Diana Clonch was contacted to perform a snow/ice training session for the City of Dayton to prepare our 70+ operator staff for the 2012-2013 winter season. Our staff is a combination of seasoned and first time operators. We wanted to take a different approach to our annual training with expectations to create a training session for higher information retention and class interactions to ask questions. Diana’s presentation format met our expectations and delivered a very powerful training session that was well received by all attendees.

Miami Valley Risk Management Association has been using the training and professional development programs that Ms. Clonch has been offering for several years. All of the student evaluations have been excellent and the students walk away with practical real-life examples that they can take back and implement. Ms. Clonch has both the educational background as well as the practical experience to relate to the students and gain instant credibility.
STARR MARKWORTH
LOSS CONTROL MANAGER
I have worked with Diana Clonch for the past three years.[...]Diana is very passionate about her work and it shows during her presentation. Her presentations are well organized. [...] One way she keeps all attendees engaged is asking questions to make it more specific to their operations, such as how each community handles certain situations and elaborates based on their feedback. Staff members relate well with her style and have confidence in her knowledge. Each year, I work with Diana to improve our training by incorporating specific procedures or concerns we want to address. She incorporates updated research with common practices.
