Diana Clonch has over 30 years of experience in public works with a diverse background in operations, management, and snow and ice control at the county, city, and state levels. Diana has spent many years working with local and national groups promoting the advancement and application of best practices and innovative technology within operations and snow and ice control. Recently retired from the public works system, Diana is now acting as a consulting specialist focusing on management, operations, snow and ice control training, and innovative technologies.

Diane Watkins spent her 30-year career with the Public Works Department serving the citizens of the City of Cincinnati. During her time with the agency, she was involved in all aspects of road construction and maintenance, fleet management, and emergency service response. Since retiring as the Superintendent, she has been working with agencies to achieve best practices in snow and ice control, as well as other public works-related fields. Diane is a Past President for the State of Ohio APWA and continues to serve on the Board of Directors at the State and Local levels.
